The Workforce One can help you get the skills you need to get a good job or start a new career. If you are interested in career training, you may be eligible for an Individual Training Account, referred to as an ITA. The Broward WorkForce Development Board approves all training courses and providers. Only courses that train you for a job in a high-demand occupation in Broward County are approved. 

If you are eligible, you may receive up to $3,000 toward your tuition, and up to $2,500 for other school costs such as books, uniforms etc. Attending an Orientation Session is the first step to enrolling. At this session you will learn about available training programs and eligibility requirements.
