Payami

The multifaceted Dominican was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on  December 18, 1967. Payami was enamored by the beauty of nature and drawn to painting and the arts. It was there that he cultivated what God bestowed upon him- a beautiful gift bequeathed to his parents, relatives, friends and acquaintances: the portrayal on canvas of the innumerable colors that adorn the diversities of life.

Traveling from his native Santo Domingo to New York City, Payami, without ado joined the masses of the labor force of production, acquiring diverse vocations; the rite of passage though that great city only heightening his worth.

As such it was in 2009, when in the month of October, and following the completion of several canvas paintings, Payami participated in a stunning exposition in a very exclusive milieu on Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida, host to many internationally renowned artists, world famous curators and to a large and select audience, who carefully and passionately admired the embodied paintings of Payami.

Following these experiences Payami has walked a path lined with successes and exhibitions in venues such as Art Basel Miami 2012, Coconut Grove Art Festival, Ana G Mendez University, and the Dominican Republic Independence Festival, in Alce Art Studio 2012, 2013 in cuba 8, in Agora Gallery New York 2014 , Cultural Souls Miami, 2104, Allart Framing & Gallery  Miami Lakes 2015 in Wynwood Warehouse Project 2014 ,  Nina torres  Gallery 2015, and 17 Art Gallery in For Pierce . His life experiences, along with his love for life, nature, and family have been his muse in the world of the arts. To those who do not love the arts, the arts capture emotions, sadness, happiness, charms, living alongside nature, knowing the environment; the of arts of Payami say it all.
