Purpose:

The overall purpose of this conference is to explore the new world where business entities successfully develop considering a cultural change from an “individualistic” approach to a genuinely “collectivistic” mindset. The importance of building a healthy team for the organization and networking will be topics of discussion through panels of experts and remarkable business owners.

Entrepreneurs, managers, commercial directors of local or international businesses. Students and professors of Business Administration, International Business, Travel & Tourism, Communications and Mass media, and others.

Language:

The conference will be in English. Simultaneous translation from English to Spanish will be available. Participants must have the Zoom App installed in their smart device and have headsets for simultaneous translation purposes.

Meals:

A continental breakfast, light lunch, coffee breaks and cocktails will be served.
